We recently had an install for our solar system. The roof on our house is unique and due to that the install was especially complex. Unfortunately, it was not installed per the manufactures guidelines. When we brought this up to the installer, they engaged Tusk Solar Design. Their team was very good at communicating and coming up with a plan that met the installation requirements. Lesson learned is utilizing a design team such as Tusk early on and ensuring communication with the install crew ahead of time will save installers time and money due to re-work.
